Before the sale, we’ll stage the house for the sale, laying out items on tables we supply, and pricing items of significant value.
We’ll market the sale to our mailing list and other venues where antiques dealers and bargain shoppers are looking for sales. We’ll place signage around the neighborhood for the day of the sale. Depending on the contents of the sale, we may also hold a preview night where we invite VIP buyers selected from our list of antique dealers.
Once the sale is over, we can remove any items and debris that are left over, donating to charity or arrange hauling to the county refuse collection site as appropriate.
